By using this website or staying with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2.1 Enquiries, not instant bookings: This website takes enquiries only. Submitting the form does not reserve a room or the villa and does not create a booking. Our team replies to every enquiry within 24 hours.

2.2 Availability: Dates shown on this website are synced with the booking platforms we list on and with our own bookings. Platform calendars can take a few hours to update, so availability is only final once we confirm it.

2.3 Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you by phone or email, with the dates, property and amount.

2.4 Payment: No payment is taken on this website. Payment terms and methods are shared with you when we confirm your stay.

2.5 Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise when we confirm. Prices may change without notice, but a confirmed booking is honoured at the rate confirmed to you.

2.6 Minimum age: The guest making the booking must be at least 18 years old.

2.7 Bookings through other platforms: If you book through a third-party platform (for example Airbnb or Booking.com), that platform’s terms, payment and cancellation rules apply to your booking.

3.1 Check-in: After 12:00 pm.

3.2 Checkout: Before 10:00 am.

3.3 Early check-in or late checkout: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

3.4 Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar card, passport or driving licence) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

4.1 Behaviour: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and not disturb other guests or neighbours. We may refuse service or ask guests to leave without a refund if behaviour is inappropriate.

4.2 Property damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings or equipment caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.

4.3 Prohibited activities: Smoking is not allowed in indoor areas. Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction and legal action.

4.4 Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the occupancy confirmed for your booking. At 46 Elite Enclave, guests beyond the standard count for a room are charged ₹500 per person per night.

6.1 Personal belongings: We are not responsible for loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings, valuables or vehicles. Please keep valuables secure.

6.2 Force majeure: We are not liable for failing to perform our obligations because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions or public health emergencies.

6.3 Service interruptions: We work to keep all facilities running, but temporary interruptions can happen because of maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. Minor interruptions do not qualify for a refund.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its “last updated” date. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
